Do you do short-term or vacation rentals?

No, we are a long-term rental property management company. A long-term rental is defined as no less than 30 days.
How do I get paid?

Your rent payment will be directly deposited into your bank account each month.
What statements do I get?

Using your RentVine owner portal you have access to all real-time accounting and monthly statements, as well as your yearly 1099.
What type of properties do you manage?

We manage both residential and commercial properties including retail spaces, office buildings, single-family homes, guest houses or ADUs, apartments, and storage units.
Do you sell real estate too?

No, we are strictly a property management company, but we can refer you to wonderful brokers and agents.
